A: The wineries and distilleries that enjoy the most success with us are actively involved with our brokers via email, phone, and zoom meetings. This is NOT a set-it-and-forget it partnership.
A: We charge a small monthly fee to cover our fixed costs plus we asses a commission on all actual depletions.
A: YES! We use Salesforce.com to record all sales calls including which accounts, who the buyer is, and what was discussed. You’ll receive a detailed monthly report of all this activity!
